The Derivatives Group is responsible for the structuring, pricing and hedging of interest rate or hybrid derivatives related to a transaction with clients of the Bank.

Hedging is managed within low risk limits.

In addition, the Derivatives Group monitors a Tender Option Bond (TOB) program which gives the Bank the ability to invest in privately placed and publicly issued tax-exempt securities issued by US Municipalities.
