Structured Operating Entities

The Structured Operating Entities Group structures and administers specialized DEPFA BANK plc sponsored operating entities through which the Bank generates transactions and earns fees by efficiently and competitively executing customer businesses in both the public sector and in selected sectors of the broader capital markets.

In addition, the Group provides support to other entities in DEPFA in structuring transactions and guiding them through the post origination life cycle with regard to rating agency processes and documentation review and execution.
